I edited and did the interior layout for the print and eBook versions of Carol Hall's Bajan Family Kitchens, her first cookbook (it was also my first time compiling a cookbook!). The final book contains nearly two hundred images that accompany the recipes and family stories she shares. Cookbooks are complicated as they combine not just ingredients and directions, but images, safety advice, an index, and more.
